Sand dollars also known as a sea cookie, snapper biscuit or pansy shell are species of flat burrowing sea urchins belonging to the order Clypeasteroida. Some species within the order, not quite as flat are known as sea biscuits, sand cakes or cake urchins.
Please be aware you will receive either the left or right side slice, and the specimen may vary in pattern / colour due to this.
